Patient 67 years, diabetes, blood pressure admitted for Covid with severe Pneumonia from last 24 days. Initially was on bi pap and now on high flow nasal cannula
With 40 litre/min oxygen at 40% FIO2. Saturation is 96-99%. Initial lung severity on day 1 of admission was 19/25
Doctors are not confirming date of discharge mentioning that he needs further recovery. Patient is well concious and talking. Please advise
