Im already taking nexito plus tablet... bt i dnt feel any change as such... can i take two?

Since how long are you taking the tablet ? Usually it takes about 2-3 weeks for the meds to start acting. So if it has not been that long please wait. If it is already more than 2-3 weeks then please visit your psychiatrist who can increase the medication for you. Nexito plus is a combination of 2 medications and while it is ok to increase the escitalopram component , increasing the clonazepam component is risky and not recommended.
