Adhd problem and calcium deficient

Nervous system weakMale, 32I have after some time recurrent apthous ulcer due to nervous system weak. I have ADHD problem due to CALCIUM not absorb in my body and constipation occur only nicotinamide 45mg and CALCIUM arround 50 mg and vitamin b1 contain multivitamin suit me . many psychiatrist prescribe felicita od,nexnuron , Mecobion od . all this medicine prescribe doctor one time only but only nurobion forte 2 times after meal suit me. All doctor say muscle weak So pls suggest best multivitamin and multimineral for improve my health. My weight 45kg, height 5.7ft
