Adenoma on adrenal gland

My mother was diagnosed with rectal and colon ulcers 2 years back in 2019. On CT scan, incidentally a adenoma was detected on one of the adrenal glands of size 18 ×22 mm. Although she is not facing any issues except high blood sugar. Still I would need a suggestion.

Typically adrenal incidentalomas require hormonal work up. Most likely it is just fat. Given diabetes need to rule out cortisol excess

Adrenal incidentaloma needs evaluation. Need to find out whether it's functional or non-functional mass. Based on that further management can be done.
