My son age 4 years Weight 14.6 kg From last 9 month's having adeniods grade 3 to 4. No fever no infection from from last 9 month's Only one time fever last month. Only symtom is slight Mouth Breathing no snooring.. Is it necessary to surgery...? if surgery is mandatory Then what type of surgery is best for painless..?

Recurrent adenoid or tonsil infection can lead to growth reduction.. Also adenoid hypertrophy if untreated for a long period may can some subtle facial deviations like high arched palate and crowding of teeth.. Best to get treated..

Space in nasopharynx matters more than size of adeniods... Naso endoscopy will let u know amount of space... Take off line consultation use nasal spray for some rime as symptoms are not that severe..
