Hi The main difference is the strength, as addwize 10 is 10mg of Methylphenidate and addwize od 18 mg is Methylphenidate 18mg. Second difference is that OD preparation , they slowly release the drug over few hour while addwize 10 is absorbed relatively fast. Hope this helps you. Thanks
