I've a habit of holding urine and feel pleasure..I don't understand how to get rid of this addiction. Are there any ways to get rid of it? It really ruins my bladder..

Maybe you are doing it like a substitute for masturbation. Don't worry it can be helped. Treatment can be done with counselling and medicines. Sex education and learning of proper masturbation practices could help you. Holding urine and having pain from the same is not healthy. Please consult and take treatment as early as possible.
