Activities to help you stop smoking.
Since you know you are going to have cigarette craving, it is best to have a plan.
1. Take some deep breaths, when you re having craving for cigarette.
2. Drink a glass of water.
3. Get some exercise.
4. Getting support from others.
5. Go to a place, Where smoking is prohibited.
6. Chew a stick of gum.
7. Play a game.
8. Listen to good happy music.
9. Have a snack.
10. Take a shower.
