I am taking lefloxacin 750 mg since 32 days and doctor has advised me to take it more for 20 days . Is it safe for taking it for such a long time. My symptoms are now only frequent urination.

R u diagnosed with prostatitis or its provisional diagnosis. Yes in prostatitis long course of antibiotics needed, but better to do urine and semen culture to confirm the diagnosis.
