I was diagnosed with acute pansinusitis,bilateral eustachian tube dysfunction and grade 2 lymphoid hyperplasia nasopharynx...what do they mean???I have been prescribed the following medicines-tab cefuromine 250mg,tab allegra 120mg , fluticone ft nasal spray....I have also been advised to do vestibular rehabilitation exercises...It would be of a great help to me if I am explained about the conditions I am suffering from and also the treatment options...what is the meaning of vestibular rehabilitation exercises???Plz tell...

You seem to be suffering acute rhinosinusitis which is common type of nose and sinus infection. You may need to take antibiotics, anti cold medicines and decongestant nasal drops for few days for faster recovery. Vestibular rehabilitation exercises are advised for Vertigo. I am not sure if you have vertigo or not
