Acute Lower abdomen pain from 4 days

It started with acute acute gas formation in stomach , then pain started in lower abdomen , took constipation medicines, motion passes but acute continuous pain persisted in pelvic area. Had periods 20 days ago. Yesterday night blood started from vagina like periods, but not proper flow. don't know what to do. Please help.
