My neighbour has depresion so she took 50 500g paracetamol tabs before 4 days now she is in grade 4 liver coma and doctors are telling liver transplant but it costs 20 lakhs and my neighbours cant afford it what is the treatment options Lab values: Ph 7.11 Alt 1290 Ast1399 Ammonia323 Bil5.1
