I am having a hair fall and now my front portion is almost bald, but side n back portion is fully intact. Pl let me know the solution. I want to go for hair transplant but I am worried about it failure as the hair may not grow n might fall after hair transplant. Kindly suggest.

To start with try Minoxidil 5 % foam at bedtime for 5 - 7 months and use Biotin supplements. If there is no improvement then think of hair transplant for better outcome.
