Watery stool from morning. Stomach pain. No vomiting. Feeling very weak. At least thrice had to go to the bathroom from morning. Couldn't go to school.

Hello there. I can understand your concern. Tab. Zenflox-plus twice a day after food for 3 days. Tab. pantakind-D once a day half an hour before food for 3 days. Cap. Darolac thrice a day before food for 2 days. Drink plenty of fluids. Best regards. Dr. Anil Kumar Jain. Bangalore.
