Dear sir I am suffering from acute prostatitis by e.coli bacteria after semen culture burning sensation of penis I have taken antibiotic since one month but burning is continues the I have change the Dr.and we are visiting in civil hospital of Ahmedabad now Dr told me operation my prostate is 38cc I am confused my problem is burning in penis I want to know that after operation burning gone or not please suggest me

One cannot guarantee that after surgery your pain or burning will go...I suppose you take proper antibiotic course for 3months and do not do sex till then...take enzoflam tablet if you have pain....
