I have got acute asthma. Being winters I have to take duolin inhaler 3-4 times a day. Sometimes I feel severe headache, I feel sleepy, restless and confused. Also in winters my nails gets blue. Should I consult a doctor.

ICS + LABA will be helpful. Oral corticosteroids short course is indicated for quick response.
