Acute appendicitis
My friend is diagnosed with acute appendicitis
Yesterday he got severe lower right iliac region pain so he took pan-dsr and cyclopam
The pain is less today but there is tenderness
Can he manage with tablets for some days ( if so which tablets would be better )
If surgery (general surgery or laparoscopy surgery )which would be better
What is the recovery time for both surgeries
