One side is large than the other.. because of that as I m married during intercourse i feel uncomfortable..and the next day it's starts itching on that part.. please suggest something..

Itching is due to infection,nothing to do with size of labia. Consult for prescription please.

Discrepancy in size could be a normal anatomical variant The large size is not the reason for the itching Itching is because of infection you will have to connect for a prescription Clean pubic  hair avoid the use of synthetic undergarments washes and toilet papers
