How can I apply Tenovate cream with Tacroz Forte on my white patches... And Dr. Narasimhalu sir advised me to apply Melgain lotion at night.. then how can I apply 3 tubes at night ?

Apply tacroz forte twice daily morning and evening over patches over face and neck Instead of tenovate i would suggest flucort cream which you apply once daily in the morning over areas apart from face and neck like your hands feet and trunk Apply melgain at night all patches
