Acne vulgaris

Hi i am getting treatment for acne vulgaris  from last two weeks but from the day my treatment is started acne is worsening. pretty painful actually currently i am using isotretinoin capsule at night. lactobacillus capsule in morning after meal. retin AC gel at night. is this isotretinoin purging? how long will this persist? and how long isotretinoin should be consumed? anything else needs to be done?
