Acne treatment during pregnancy

What to use for acne during pregnancy? Is topical adapalene .1% ok to use as spot treatment while pregnant ? I am breaking out a lot and really need a solution for it..

It is not supposed to be used on pregnancy. Self treatment is extremely dangerous

Alternate safe medicine available...Acne or  pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it..
