Strict sun protection is required after fraxel treatment for acne scars otherwise there can be darkening of skin. Whether fraxel is the first line treatment depends on the type of scars and skin type. Consult with your doctor and he would suggest the possible treatment options and the required precautions depending on your skin type, type of acne scars n work profile.
