Hi there, its rosacea and a number of factors can trigger it like extreme temperatures, sun exposure, stress, Spicy n hot food n beverages, alcohol. So minimise ur exposure to these factors, can reduce the flare ups, like using sunscreen lotions, avoid contact with cosmetics which contains alcohol may help.
