Treatment depends on the grade...Acne or  pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.. Treatment depends on the grade of pimples or acne..So, please  send photos by direct online consultation as it's a must to see which grade of pimples or acne for accurate diagnosis and treatment.

Madam, thank you for contacting Practo. Since you are already taking isotretinoin (acutret), you have to continue it for at least 3 months. However, in your case, at 28 years age, you may need to start additional hormonal medicines or topical creams. Please share the photo so that we can grade your acne and give the treatment accordingly.
Next Steps
Share a photo of the acne from front, sides. If it is involving your body, then mention that. And finally, mention if there is any flare during your periods.

Hello dear. Treatment of acne is according to the severity. While acutret is a wonderful medicine, it should only be used under the supervision of a dermatologist. Don't self treat yourself. For best results, share a picture of acne and relevant details via online consultation
