I don't know what it is feels like cystic acne it pains and when it got burst a mark is left but a minor pain is still there. There are 3 cysts on my body

So sorry to say it’s not an acne. Please avoid self diagnosis. It looks like a furuncle. U just need a course of oral and topical antibiotic. And might need to get the pus drained for faster relief
