Acne problem

I'm getting acne on regular intervals just on my forehead. I don't know the reason. I don't use any creams or product. What to do?

Acne or  pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.. Avoid using hair oil . Use facewash with salicylic acid to keep your skin dry . Consult online to avoid these acneiform eruption. Also don’t use any steroid as it may also lead to acneiform eruption .
