Acne Problem
I frequently get acnes before my periods and after my periods which leaves marks behind. I tried all sorts of of cream for acne prevention but couldnt get through any. could u suggest anything for the same.

Acne or pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it..
