Hello Doctor, I hope Iam in a rite place to get help to resolve my problem. Iam facing a severe problem with my skin. my skin looks like especially my arms and neck is like (Keritosis pilarsis, chicken skin) you might have idea. and scars on face how can i get clear skin, without scars and moles. and suggest me a rite product for body wash and face wash. i do excersise and maintain proper diet and no junks am 23years old.

Increase intake of water & citrus fruits . Sun protection is important . Photostable Gel SPF40 / BIODERMA Photoderm AKN Mat SPF30 / La Roche Posay Anthelios XL SPF 50 Dry Touch as sunscreen to be applied half an hour before sun exposure. Apply Biluma Cream/ Melaglow Rich cream for application once at night for 2 months. Scars(holes):- Fractional Laser treatment is needed,one session in 1 month upto 6-8 sessions,treatment can be done by a dermatologist. Other options are Chemical Peels / Microderma Brasion / Derma Roller. Moles can be removed through radiofrequency cautery by a dermatologist. No scarring after procedure. Safe and permanent
