Acne pimple white and black head.

Doc i don't know anything clearly but i have acne on my skin bumps sometimes when irrite i squeeze them and water comes out I have some whiteheads also on squeezing sometimes tight stone type or sometimes soft white thing comes out and blackheads on nose I am frustrated i know i should not squeeze them but it feels relaxed after squeezing them out. Pls prescribe me something I also consulted a doc for 3 to 4 mons but no results came out. I also thinks my skin is very oily

Acne or  pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it..
