Acne on shoulders & Upper back

I'm facing acne issues on my shoulders and upper back. I read everywhere they say it's because of improper digestion. And I feel it's true because in day time I have to go to loo twice. Generally I have gas problems and whenever I eat little spicy or hot food I easily get tummy pain and rushes to loo. Kindly suggest me best medical advise. Thank you.

Apply cream acnovate 2 times a day and for your gastric problem take tablet Pantocid 40 mg 1 tablet daily empty stomach.
