Acne on forehead

From last 5 days I have acne on my overhead.I was taking vitamin E and B after doctor prescription for some muscle problem.But in between got these acne full forehead. Attached picture.Plesse suggest.

It can be cleared...Acne or  pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.. U can use neutragena deep clean face wash. And acne cream at night. If dandruff is present need to control it too
