Acne on forehead and nose

My son having problem  of Small acne and blackheads on nose and forehead for past few months may be due to hormone changes during teenage. Please advise what acne treatment can be given in his age without any side effects .

The treatment of acne differs according to the grade of involvement. Some people have more oilyness on the face which results in breakouts. Acne or  pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it..
