I have many acne on my face.. i wash my face using soapex/acnelack bar and it helps hiding/not letting them get worse but if i dont use soapex for 2days ., my face gets all filled with acne.. Apart from that i apply clindamycin Phosphate GEL USP before sleeping ... i want my face to be clear with no pimples/acne coming as i want to try for modelling :)
