I had visited dermotologist. I was suggested to take DOXY-SR capsules for my acne. None of the pharmacuetals hv that tablet. I checked online also .. Then my dermo said I can replace it by DOXT-S. even that isnt available.. Can I know any substitue for DOXT-S which is easily available in the market
