Acne in winters since 3 years

I'm 21 years old . I had been given isotretinoin 20 mg by a dermat . I took it for one month and discontinued because of the terrible hair loss . Should I take the medicine again because again this year winter I'm having a severe breakout . I'm genetically prone to acne. Acne is cystic . Don't know whether any hormonal issues are there because my doctor had not tested and I don't have acne on jaws. I have it on cheeks majorly and chin or nose sometimes

No.. treatment depends on the grade...Acne or  pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.. Treatment depends on the grade of pimples or acne..So, please  send photos by direct online consultation as it's a must to see which grade of pimples or acne for accurate diagnosis and treatment.
