I have been facing acne since long. They come n go. Then they leave their marks. Am highly irritated with this. And when i get sun tann i cant even scrub or do any other thing 'cause of those pimples. They are mostly on my cheeks n chin. My skin is oily though and i have been using an oil free face wash and an oil free sheer sun screen which atleast is helping me alot. Now am left with 90% of acne marks which are red in color and hardly 10% of acne which keeps on coming.

Acne leave spots when the lesions are picked upon or scratched, so kindly avoid doing that. Do not use hair oil over your scalp. Continue use of sunscreen and kindly revert back with images of the affected area for better advice on medication.
