Getting acne and mild itching on shoulder, neck, back and on hands. From past 2 weeks. Using caladryl skin soothing solution and nycil... Its not reducing. Not using any skin care products on the affected areas. I will use cosmetic products only on face & face is totally unaffected.

Yes this is acne. I think you are using some creams which is causing this. Please send photos using online consult option for proper examination diagnosis and treatment
