Here are a few things that you can consider.
1. Drink lots of water.
2. Have smaller meals at regular intervals.
3. Avoid oily and spicy foods.
4. Don't sleep immediately after food. There must be atleast 3 hours gap between food and sleep.
5. Have a cup of curd everyday.
6.take a tablet ranitidine half hour before food for 15 days.
7. If you are a smoker, quit smoking and even alcohol.
8. Have a high fiber diet.
