Hi pls suggest which medicine is better for acidity pan d or nexium 20 mg. I am 11 weeks pregnant. Have acidity, nausea and vomiting.

Hi Please change ur diet. Avoid beverages on empty stomach. Dont stay empty stomach for long periods. Try to take early break fast. U can safely use pantop 40 for acidity. For more advice plz connect
