Is acid reflux cause sudden chest cramping I am suffering from acid reflux and acid problem for long time But some times I feel chest cramping Is this normal in acid reflux

As you have gastroesophageal reflux disease  this will happen. If it keeps happy like this then it will led to Barrett's esophagus , esophagitis etc You need treatment for this man. You have to start some medicines.
