Ache groin after workout

Physiotherapy said that the pain is mental, and pushing through it will make it disappear over time. I do not know if this can be completely true. The pain isnt sharp/pulled muscle pain, it doesnt feel like an injury at all. I have full strength in groin, just discomfort

Hello. Very Good evening. I'm Dr.Yogesh Kr Sharma. As per your history,  I think you have muscle pulled or tendon injury.  I suggest you to stop worrying and stop workout for 2 weeks. Untill then take Cap. RAPISONE  - D SR,  one tablet once a day after breakfast x 5 days. Take care and have a hasty recovery. Bye.
