Accutane(isotretinoin) after lasik

So my concern is can I take accutane after 9 months of lasik surgery
So I have been gone through lasik (eye surgery)in the month of July 2023 .i am getting acne on my face so can I take isotretinoin now
In Internet it is written that you will need to be off Accutane for 1 full year, 6 months before, and 6 months after the LASIK.
