I was asked to use Accuchek Go strips for blood sugar test. How often should I test my blood sugar levels? I am a 67 year old woman.

Initially you have to check minium 3 times a day. Fasting - when you wake up. 2. Post prandial ie 2-3 hours after meals. 3. Random - mostly before dinner . Do this for 10 days until.your sugar levels are well managed
