Few days back my son had a cut on his right leg, which is not yet properly heeled. That's why I'm a little concerned about that. I'm attaching a picture. Please tell me if the cut is healing properly or not.

Would need a bit more history from you about your son's age, how & with what he had the injury & about his immunization history.
