Accidental ingestion of albendazole tab.

I am 4 weeks pregnant. took albendazole last night. now feeling guilty. what if this causes anomaly to my baby? plz help

It does cause harm to the baby ,so get an ultrasound done to confirm along with essential tests later on to rule out for any foetal deformities.
