My neck has turned black and my doctor prescribed me this medicine moisturex as mentioned in proscription, there are 2 creams showing when I'm ordering it online, please help which to buy.

Acanthosis nigricans needs long term treatment for insulin resistance. Only moisturizer will not help it. You need to undergo few blood tests and accordingly treatment is prescribed
