I understand you hurt yourself in gym and now you have AC joint pain.
It is advisable to take rest for pain to subside.
Avoid lifting heavy weights with the affected side.
If there is a lot of pain and swelling then it is better to get x-ray done - Xray of affected shoulder
Take analgesics like Tab. Acenac SP / Alovac SP which ever is available twice a day after food
Apply ice fomentation if swelling is present injury is less than a week old.
Calcimax can be taken for supplement but it will not help much in reducing the pain.
