Hi am 39year old and have one daughter (8year old),I think that am pregnant again it's safe to get pregnant in this age.what precautions I hav take,

Yes considering you have concieved naturally...it is safe to carry on with the pregnancy...start folic acid tablet immediately...get a sonography done to check the babies heart beats...do blood investigation to check for heamoglobin... connect with me online for further information...all the best
