Hello Dr. I had an unprotected intimacy last month. This month my period get delayed and when I test for pregnancy it is positive. But from last 3/4 days I m seeing some spot type of blood like 2-3drops ...is it a miscarriage??? My period date was 12June. Also I m having nausea feeling all day for which I had taken lemon and hajmols. My main concern is abt coming of spot blood
