Respected docs, Can I take absolut 3G multi vitamin for life time or any short duration. Pls help. Iam a vegetarian. That's why adding supplements b12 , d3 etc.. Thanks

Absolute 3 G contains ginseng. There have been some studies regarding its side effects. You are right sir in supplementing Vitamin b12 in vegetation diet however the quantity of Vitamin b12 in the tablet is very less.
